随着不同技术的采用,X 射线相衬成像已实现从同步加速器到实验室的转移,例如同轴相衬成像、光栅干涉测量、泽尔尼克相衬和边缘照明等。新型高性能实验室X射线光源的出现对该领域的发展产生了重大推动作用。
